KYASE (Kam Yan Associates Structural Engineers) Our mission is to provide our clients with reliable, cost-effective and innovative design. We are committed to meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations. KYASE incorporates state-of-the-art analytical tools and realistic mechanism-based earthquake performance strategies for designing structures that perform well and provide the best value for our clients. KYASE designs functional structures that are safe, economical and sensitive to our client's needs. Services: Structural Design, Value Engineering and Feasibility Studies, Design Analysis, Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Structures, Design Review and Plan Checking, Pre-lease and Pre-purchase Investigation, Construction Administration, State-of-the-Art CAD Department. Software: KYASE is continually upgrading our design software with new and advanced computer-aided analysis and modeling. Our engineering staff work closely with our CAD department and we receive on-going training on the latest drafting and design techniques. We use AutoCAD Revit that supports architectural design and structural engineering concurrently within a building's system. Our engineers also create in-house design programs to meet the design requirements of design projects. Experience: Hundreds of Hospitals and medical facilities projects, numerous California Schools projects, including elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, colleges and universities, public projects libraries and fire stations, commercial projects including offices, hotels, restaurants, and residential projects.
